Denying Public Education to Undocumented Immigrants
Official Title of Legislation:
H Amdt 969 to HR 2202: An amendment that gives States the option to deny public education to illegal aliens. Under the amendment, if States were asked, they would be required to provide a hearing to establish whether an alien is lawfully present in the United States.
