Official Title of Legislation: An Act to amend and reenact ยง 22.1-203.2 of the Code of Virginia, relating to high school baccalaureate ceremonies.

Includes baccalaureate ceremonies among the prayer-oriented school activities for which the Board of Education, in consultation with the Office of the Attorney General, must develop guidelines to promote compliance with constitutional restrictions and the observance of constitutional rights.
