Vote to adopt an amendment that prohibits funds in the bill from being granted to organizations that perform abortions when a woman's life is not in danger, unless the organization is a hospital.
NOTE: THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO A SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT. A SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT REPLACES THE ENTIRE TEXT OF A PIECE OF LEGISLATION WITH A NEW TEXT.
