Vote to pass an amendment that would allow the Governor of the state of Virginia to petition the Secretary of the Interior to allow for natural gas exploration and extraction at least fifty miles from the coastal zone.
NOTE: THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO A SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT. A SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT REPLACES THE ENTIRE TEXT OF A PIECE OF LEGISLATION WITH A NEW TEXT.

S Amdt 1566 to S Amdt 1502 to HR 6: To authorize the State of Virginia to petition for authorization to conduct natural gas exploration and drilling activities in the coastal zone of the State.
